This autobiography brings us the life story of one of the most prolific authors of the Faith in our day. Beginning with his childhood in mid-century New Jersey where his family went to a Dutch Reformed church where anti-Catholicism was a given, to his undergraduate years at Calvin Collect where Kreeft would study philosophy and start on the road to Rome. In 1960 he would cross the river Tiber under the guidance of his future wife Maria. During his post-conversion years Peter would distill the central insights from long and fruitful life as a convert to the true Faith. Written in a very approachable way, with his usual wit and wisdom, this is a great read.
