Why did you change the website name?
In brief, we rebranded to more clearly communicate the extensive range of authentic Catholic products and services we offer. Catholic Home And Church speaks directly to our mission and makes it easier for new customers to find the quality Catholic gifts and religious items that they need. Our rich legacy as Leaflet Missal (originally named from our start as a Sunday missal publisher) continues to shine through in every aspect of our service.

Please note that some accounts and order history may not have been moved to this new site. Ordering
Why are the items I want out of stock?
We aim to carry all the essential Catholic items as well as many newer, more unique, and niche Catholic products. Because of the quantity of different products that we carry, we cannot keep everything in stock at once. Like any retail store, we have to be mindful of our inventory overhead, meaning that many of our more expensive items or less popular items will not be kept in stock. Remember that you can always place a backorder on something that is out of stock and we will order and ship it to you as soon as possible!
I'd like to ship a package to two different addresses. How do I do that?
We ask that you place a separate order for each shipping address. We can accommodate only one shipping address per order. Standard shipping and handling rates will apply to each order. Thank you for understanding!
My order includes a backordered item. What can I expect?
If you place an order with an item that is on backorder (or not currently in stock), there is a slightly different shipping process.
If the item on backorder is due within one week of your order date, we will hold the rest of your order until that item comes in. If the wait for the backordered item exceeds one week, we will ship the available items promptly and follow up later with a backorder shipment. No additional shipping and handling charges will be billed for the backorder shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with an expected delivery date. This does not apply to orders with a personalized or special order item; see below. Please note that expected dates are approximate; delays beyond our control sometimes occur.
My order includes a personalized item. What can I expect?
Personalized items from our store take extra time for fulfillment and delivery as most items are personalized by hand. Processing times vary by item, so please note the expected turnaround time listed in the product description.
Personalized orders may not be changed or cancelled once completed, so please verify all order information prior to completing your sale. Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
Orders that include other items along with your personalized item will be held and shipped all together when the personalized item is ready. If you wish to receive your other items ahead of the personalized item, please place separate orders. Standard shipping will be applied to each order.
Where is my order?
If you simply want to check in on your order or if you have a reason to believe your order may be lost, please call our customer support line at 1-(888)-532-3538 between the hours of 8:30 am - 4:00 pm CST Monday-Friday.
Once package has tracking & delivery confirmation, Leaflet Missal is no longer responsible for shipment. "Adult Signature Required" option is available for a fee of $6.00 at checkout.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We know that shipping is expensive! We work hard to find the lowest rates possible and share that with you to keep our shipping & handling fees minimal. We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Once your package leaves our doors, the package and the upholding of the expected delivery date is in the hands of the carrier.
What is your shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. See all details here.
Do you ship international?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Increased shipping costs for international orders will apply and will be added at checkout automatically based on your shipment address. We are not responsible for international packages once they leave our warehouse. Please call our customer support at 1-(888)-532-3538 with specific questions about international orders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns up to 30 days after the receipt of your purchase. Please see the full return policy and exceptions here.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will happily exchange or give you a refund. However, shipping charges are not refundable and re-stocking fees may apply to some items.
Miscellaneous
Do you offer any refurbishing services?
We offer repair and restoration of church goods that have lost their luster or have been broken. If you have metal ware or statuary in need of tender loving care, please contact John in our Church Goods department at jhastreiter@leafletonline.com
