Processing Time

Economy and Standard packages typically ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days.

Expedited and 2-Day packages ship within 1 business day and will ship the same day if the order is placed by 12:00 noon CST.

Exceptions: Orders that include personalized or special order items will take longer and will be held until all products are ready to ship together. Please carefully review your order prior to submitting as problems or questions may delay your order.

Transit Time

Once you receive an email notification that your package has shipped, please allow sufficient time for transit and delivery. Here are the standard delivery date expectations per our carriers. Please remember that once the package leaves our doors, the upholding of the expected delivery date is completely in the hands of the shipping carrier, not Leaflet Missal.

Economy Ground packages are typically delivered within 3-8 business days.

Standard Ground packages are typically delivered within 4-6 business days.

Expedited Ground packages are typically delivered within 2-4 business days. This option is an in-house rush for faster processing time (1 business day).

2-Day Express packages are delivered within 2 business days.

Next Day packages are delivered the business day following shipment. Saturday delivery is available for an additional charge. Please call to inquire.

The only "guaranteed" delivery range is Next Day Express if placed before Noon CST.

In-Store Pickup

With our new website and system overhaul, we are now offering in-store pickup for online orders! This option is completely free of charge. This has been a highly requested option for many years, and we are excited to be able to offer this. There are a few exceptions to the in-store pickup option. Catholic Home and Church carries a number of products that are dropshipped to our customers when ordered. This means that they ship directly from our vendor to your door. For orders that contain these dropship products, we cannot offer local in-store pickup.

You will select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. If you do not see this as an option, it means that in-store pickup is not available for 1 or more items in your cart. In general, any in-store pickup order that is placed before 5:00 pm will be available for pickup the next day by 11:00 am. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for store pickup.

Oversize Products

Products that are "oversize", heavy or large, will incur additional shipping charges, built into your shipping charge in the checkout. You will see either +$15 or +$25 added to the standard shipping chart prices seen above for these oversize items. If you have two or more "oversize" items in your cart that fall into different oversize shipping charts, you will be charged the additional shipping amount for both of them. Thank you for your understand of this policy. Please note that all products falling within either of these "oversize" shipping charts will be noted in their product descriptions.

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges

Most orders are billed only one shipping and handling charge based on the value of the order. Because we try to keep shipping charges as low as possible, additional shipping charges may be necessary depending upon:

  • Shipping destination (such as Alaska & Hawaii)
  • Specific carrier is selected
  • Packaging dimensions and weight

Note: We can accommodate only one shipping address per order. If you would like to send packages to more than one address, please complete a separate order for each address. Shipping and handling charges will be assessed for each order.

Orders With Products Subject to Melting (Candles & Candy)

In order to prevent products from melting during shipping, our warehouse may hold orders with candles or candy if the weather is too hot. If you do not want us to hold your order, please call us at 1(888)-532-3538 so we can alert our warehouse to ship right away.
