Using Discount/Coupon Codes:

In the checkout screen, there is a box to apply your coupon code. Remember that your coupon code will have to match the exact code in order to be accepted. Type it in the box (circled in green below) and click the "Apply" button to the right. You will know that your discount code has applied when it appears below the discount box and shows a subtracted value under the "Order Discount" line (see second image below).

One reason that your coupon code may not be working is because it does not apply along with another coupon code that is already applied, or is not applicable with the specific items in your cart. We often set up discount codes with a few exclusions, including 14kt gold and larger outdoor/oversize statues.

Gift Card Redemption:

In our migration to our new website, we have only been able to bring over gift cards that were created since January 1st, 2022 or more recently. If you have a gift card that you believe is from 2022 or more recently, we have added "00" (that is two zeros) to the front end of your gift certificate code/ID number.

For example, if your gift certificate lists "123456" as its ID, you will input "00123456". If you try this method and still have not had any success, please call our customer service line at 1-(888)-532-3538 on Mon-Fri between 8:30am-4:00pm CST and they will be happy to help you!

If you have a gift card that was created before 2022, please call our customer service line at 1-(888)-532-3538 on Mon-Fri between 8:30am-4:00pm CST. Our friendly staff will help you by recreating your remaining gift card balance on our new website!
