Christus Romerio Crucifix

In two words...it's beautiful. The craftsmanship on this beautiful crucifix is incredible. I had my eyes on this beauty for a couple of years but had to save up to buy it. It's a bit pricey but it's an investment as an heirloom and as something to treasure always.I purchased the 14" version and it's pretty big so make sure you pick out the right one for your taste. It's very lightweight and made of wood which in turn is intricately carved into the most amazing, life like image of Christ. The Crown of Thorns on the head of Jesus are pointy and almost real that it makes you imagine the agony he felt. You can see his muscles on the arms, legs and chest stretched to the limit and the spikes in this hands, feet and the scroll nailed over his head. It's truly beautiful and something I will treasure always.
