Why does my discount code not work with free shipping?
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for free shipping, your order must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum Purchase: Order subtotal must reach $100.00 USD or more before taxes and after all discounts and promotional codes are applied.
- Shipping Destination: Order must ship to an eligible address within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Unfortunately, due to high shipping costs, we do not offer free shipping internationally at this time.
- Shipping Method: Free shipping applies to economy ground shipping only (typically 3-5 business days once it leaves our warehouse). NOTE: Orders with backorders will require additional time before shipping - contact our customer service team for a more specific date for your backorder.
The free shipping offering can be combined with other promotional offers, discount codes, and sales unless otherwise stated.
Important Free Shipping Exclusions
The free shipping offering excludes all oversize items (that require additional shipping fees). See the full collection of these items here. The free shipping offering also excludes many heavy/oversize candles and church goods items.
This includes some common items like the 6-day saint candles, votive candle refills, and "saint offering" candles.
See the full collection of these items here. If your order has one or more of these products in it, the free shipping offering will not show up for your selection. As soon as you remove the oversize product from your cart, the free shipping offering should appear again. Please consult the above pages to determine what items in your cart are not available via free shipping.
On orders with backorders that claim the free shipping over $100 promotion, you will not be eligible to split your backorder into multiple shipments for free. Your order will only be shipped in one free-shipping package. If you need your order split (to get your in-stock items before your backordered items), you will be charged full price shipping.
