This gorgeous piece features a small wooden cross made from the same tree as our Lord's crown of thorns was, the olivewood tree, and is from Bethlehem! Inlaid into it is a piece of copper from the dome of the St. Paul Cathedral when it was renovated back in 2002. Rather than discarding these small remaining bits, the creator of these pieces placed them into a small cross. Symbol of our Christian Faith. The copper is sealed with a clear epoxy. Please note that each copper piece may vary in size/shape and is a green color due to the natural oxidation that occurred over the many years the old dome on the Cathedral held up!
