St. Elizabeth of Hungary
Patron Saint Statue
St. Elizabeth was a tireless servent of the poor, even building a hospital at the foot of the mountain her castle resided on, waiting on the sick herself. Legend says her husband wanted to stop her and looking under her cloak found only roses rather than the bread she was carrying. She is thus patroness of bakers, the poor and ill.
